All bets are settled as quickly as possible after the event concludes. Winnings are automatically added to your account balance. If bd beat identifies any settlement error, it reserves the right to correct that error.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 Disclaimer of Liability

11.3 Indemnification

11.4 Maximum Liability

12. Contract Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@bdbeat.app. You must withdraw all your balance before closing the account. Once the account is closed, all unsettled bets will be cancelled.

12.2 Cancellation by bd beat

Bd beat may close your account for the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violations of the Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, deception, or illegal activities
• Operating multiple accounts
• Inactivity for more than 6 months (we will send a warning first)
• Legal or Regulatory Requirements

12.3 After Termination

After Account Closure:

• You will no longer be able to access the bd beat platform
• All unsettled bets will be canceled or settled
• Legitimate balance will be refunded (if no terms were violated)
• Your personal data will be maintained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may not create new accounts

13. General Terms and Conditions

13.1 Changes to Terms
